The communication from the moment I enquired to buying (even after buying it as after care team contacted to check everything was well and we were happy with purchase) was perfect. This company doesnt just care before you buy… they care even after.
The sale went smoothly and the car was exactly as advertised. Perfect and emaculate.
Had a minor issue with the opening and closing of the window 2.5 months after buying the car and this was fixed quickly as car was still under warranty. Thank you so so much.

After one visit to the dealership. I was in and out within the hour. Nick was so kind, helpful and professional. A week later, the car was freshly serviced & MOT’d ready for collection. A couple of issues were spotted with the vehicle after being driven away, but after a quick email I was soon reassured the issues would be rectified just over a week after collecting the vehicle. Nothing is too much trouble for them, I would 100% recommend them in the future.

Just purchased a beautiful VW Golf from Colin Ludwell Cars and could not be happier with the car and the whole buying experience! The process from start to finish was both seamless and exceptional. I had only just purchased a car from a main dealer but quickly realised it was not really for me. I saw the VW Golf on the website and drove up without an appointment. I was met by Nick (Salesman) and he was simply brilliant. He immediately gave me the keys to the Golf and let me sit in it, start it up, and give it the once over – Nick was not pushy at all and answered all my many, many questions. He then helped me sell my car back to the main dealer (where I purchased it from) for a great price, and kindly helped draft my letter to them – his knowledge and guidance was superb. Recently purchased a BMW M340i from Colin Ludwell cars. From the start the friendly manner or the staff totally put me at ease spoke to Adam when I initially enquired and at no point was I under any pressure to part with any money or commit to anything.

I put a deposit down on the car and when to view even when I was there viewing the car I was under no pressure to buy and they would have had no problems in giving me my deposit back.

A few weeks later my cup holder lid broke i thought they would have said no thats wear and tear but no there was no hesitation to fix it for me at their own cost and time.

From the initial contact I made I was so pleased to be dealing with a pleasant and really helpful salesman. We made two visits to the garage, firstly to test drive a fiat 500, Nick greeted us with such a nice welcome, he let us look around without any cheesy or pushy pitch. We decided against that car…. Bought a car from Here at the weekend, flew down from Scotland on a Sunday and Nick was awesome, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Drove it all the way back up to home the long way round to put it through its paces and it never missed a beat. Super happy with quality of the car and the quality of the service provided. The warranty package offered was amazing as well, happy to take that and with what is offered under warranty on this I will have no worries for the next two year for unexpected huge garage bills.

Excellent service with presentation on website and vehicle description matching the reality. Collection process went smooth, Vince phoned ahead to let me know when he would be arriving, adhered to Covid guidelines and talked me through the transfer process. Cars broken down twice in under 4 months, was not told it had already had accident repairs. Might just be unlucky looking at the reviews but I have had way too much hassle with this vehicle to rate this garage.

Just a follow up to say how impressed I was with the after sales. Unfortunately BMW issued an update for my car over the air which caused my satnav to fail. Barry from Colin Ludwell sorted out this issue to be fixed at my local BMW garage without any hassle for me. All covered by the warranty. I had taken out the extended warranty which meant my local garage would cover any issues. All sorted without any qualms and little effort on my part.

While looking for a car for dad we worked out what car we wanted, found one at another garage close to home that was rubbish then contacted Nick at Colin Ludwell Cars.

Adam was extremely helpful and patient during both our visits, showing us the vehicles without being too pushy, and enabling us to take a good test drive. The reason we didn’t end up buying was not the fault of this dealership but that we discovered that the passenger seat of a relatively new Mini is too low for me to be comfortable in! We can definitely recommend Colin Ludwell Cars to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Bought a used car traveled from Sunderland to Bristol and sales service face to face and over phone was exceptional very pleased with car when I arrived and seen, once I got home encounter a few problems but not machanicly car was still sound and the after sales care from Vince and Colin has been outstanding and resolved quickly and satisfactory considering I am at the other end of country very pleased and would highly recommend 10/10

I recommend using these guys for a straight forward and fast no nonsense service. They’re easy to find and work hard on your behalf. I can’t speak of the PX part of the process but for me buying a 2nd hand car from them was a good experience and would happily use them again when the time comes.

Great garage! Just bought my second car there. Really pleased with my new car, after having an awful experience with another garage in kingswood (harlequin motors) just part exchanged for a little VW Up.
The salesman Nick is fantastic!! He really provides a good service and is very attentive!

This was my first time buying a car and it had taken me ages to pluck up the courage. I knew exactly what I wanted (Ford Fusion) and found one on Colin Ludwell’s website. It looked perfect, so I phoned up and asked about it. Barry (salesman) couldn’t have been nicer: he was friendly and patient, answered all my questions and really put my mind at rest. I went along with a friend to look at it, and Barry just let us get on with it, no sales patter, no trying to flog me something more expensive. A couple of days later I’m driving around in my lovely new car with new-found confidence, and am enjoying driving for the first time in ages. I can’t praise this dealership highly enough for how much they (especially Barry) made me feel looked after and respected. They made the process so easy and really reassuring. Purchased a Toyota Aygo Blue from Colin Ludwell earlier this morning. The service we received was fantastic! I want to especially thank Barry for answering all of our questions and for being very helpful as this was my first car purchase.

First time since purchasing the car I had to take it in to get the fans fixed. Can’t have been there more than 20 minutes before being told it was fixed and I could be on my way! Really impressed with the work from Chris and Layton, car was definitely in good hands!

We purchased our car from Colin ludwell back in February. Today we needed a lambda sensor replaced, Chris got the part in & fixed within 2 hours. He even kindly replaced a bulb free of charge! Fantastic service, above & beyond. I can see why they have such loyal customers. Highly recommended!

Heard about Colin Ludwell Cars from my brother as we were looking for a car for our granddaughter. They were so helpful without being pushy, which was our experience in other garages visited. We found the car we liked on their website, rang and arranged a test drive, our granddaughter loved it so we bought it. When we collected it yesterday we weren’t sure where we could get petrol so Barry even took it off and put some petrol in for us! From start to finish the whole process was friendly, efficient and very professional. Would certainly recommend them to any friends or family looking to buy a good car from a reliable garage.

The cars were all in pristine condition, fully valeted, and were opened for us ready to view.
